Please note that this Bible has been fully disassembled, meticulously re-sewn by hand on five cords, and traditionally rebound, not merely re-covered.
Each piece is made entirely by hand over the course of many days and through multiple meticulous stages. Created in limited quantities, every book remains a truly unique object.
This Monastic-Style Holy Bible (English Standard Version) has been bound in high-quality, hand-dyed Italian leather. Each section has been hand-sewn, ensuring durability and longevity. The binding is crafted to be cherished, studied, and passed down through generations.
The boards and spine feature a combination of blind-tooled sacred motifs and inscriptions. A hand-tooled leather bookmark has been added to complement the overall design and spiritual harmony of the binding.
For the endpapers, I used handmade marbled paper created by me, carefully selecting the best sheet specifically for this Bible. I also decorated the edges of the Bible, giving the volume a unique character.
All processes are performed entirely by hand, without the use of machines, with respect for traditional craftsmanship and the environment. Bookbinding is a time-intensive craft, but it allows me to place a piece of my soul into every book I create.
