Antique-style journal—large size—personalized journal

I bound this antique-style journal in hand-dyed brownish Italian leather. The symbols engraved on the center plates represent the “Great Architect,” a concept of a supreme deity who designed and created the universe with purpose and wisdom.

I bound this journal in high-quality leather and filled it with 95 gr light cream-colored blank paper, which is ideal not only for fountain pens, as it does not bleed through, but also for graphite and sketching. The pages are hand-sewn. I added gold decorations using 24K gold leaf. The edges are marbled, and the endpapers are hand-marbled as well. I personally made them and selected the best pair for this journal.

Every step is done by hand, in accordance with tradition and with respect for the environment. Although the process is time-consuming, each journal is bound with love and care, making every piece unique.

Please note that this journal is not a Moleskine that bends back on itself. It has a solid structure: it is sewn on five cords and has a rounded, hammered spine. It opens smoothly and is comfortable to write in. It is built to last and will protect your words for years to come.
